The Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) plays a critical role in implementing and sustainingdigital solutions across hospital systems. Acting as a trusted advisor the TSC leads thetechnical implementation of Intuitives digital solutions across regional Integrated DeliveryNetworks (IDNs) and hospitals from pre-sales readiness through successful activation and long-term sustainability.This role requires a high degree of technical aptitude stakeholder engagement and executiondiscipline to drive digital activation excellence. Ideal candidates bring a strategic relationalapproach to digital transformation excel at communicating across diverse audiences and thrivein environments that require continuous learning and adaptation.Essential Job DutiesFocus / OwnershipStrategic Account Engagement: Partner directly with Area Sales Directors/Managers and DigitalSales Reps to identify engage and establish trusted long-term relationships with regional IDNsand hospital-level IT and digital stakeholders to advance implementation of new and upgradesto existing digital solutions. Support pre-sales strategy by bringing technical clarity thataccelerates trust and approval.Navigate the Hospital Technology Adoption Journey: Own the process of engaging withcustomer technical review boards data and AI governance and networking teams. Delivercompelling technical presentationsincluding digital vision data use and network topologydiagrams to accelerate approval and prioritization.Post-Go-Live Digital Relationship Management: Support post-go-live digital solution adoptionthrough intervention to protect customer confidence and long-term successful utilization ofdigital solutions.RealityEnable Downstream Success: Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for first-timesuccess through accurate documentation in business systems validated configurations andcomplete timely communication. Take extreme ownership from planning through adoptionensuring solutions go live smoothly and deliver sustained value.LeadershipShape Digital Product Feedback: Develop and maintain a deep technical understanding ofIntuitives digital portfolio and proactively synthesize and relay field learnings and customerfeedback to Product and Engineering partners to influence roadmap direction remove systemicbarriers and accelerate value realization across accounts.Continuous Improvement / CreativityContinuously Grow Technical and Strategic Capability: Identify personal skill gaps self-development and take ownership of pursuing ongoing learning in relevant technologies projectleadership and stakeholder management. Contribute to team-wide growth by sharing bestpractices and elevating performance through example. Qualifications : Required Skills and Experience 6 years of experience in medical technology implementation IT consulting or digitaltransformation within healthcare Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms healthcare data security andnetworking infrastructure Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders operational clinical and technicalRequired Education and Training Bachelors DegreeWorking Conditions Comfortable working a flexible dynamic schedule. Remote work Able to travel up to 25%.
