This role will involve leading development activities architecting technical solutions guiding onshore/offshore engineering teams and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud and application solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Java Python Angular REST API development technical leadership and data migration with a passion for modern software engineering and cloud-based innovation. Job Title: Technical Lead Location: Dearborn MI (100% On-site from Day 1) Duration: 6 Months Rate/Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with experience and compliant with state requirements) Job Description: Trilyon is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical direction across enterprise software initiatives. The Technical Lead will guide architecture discussions support cloud-based solutions and lead teams through the design development and deployment phases. This position requires strong programming expertise in Java or Python experience with Angular 13 and proficiency in cloud technologies such as GCP Azure or addition the Technical Lead will oversee data migration efforts-specifically for AlloyDB-while ensuring code quality adherence to standards and alignment with customer expectations. As a Technical Lead you will collaborate with cross-functional teams drive high-impact deliverables and promote engineering excellence across development cycles. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical discussions architecture design solution planning and requirement analysis. Provide hands-on development using Java or Python Angular 13 REST APIs and cloud environments (GCP Azure AWS). Guide and coordinate onshore and offshore development teams to ensure execution excellence. Own delivery for assigned modules and oversee team activities to meet project milestones. Ensure adherence to best coding practices industry standards and customer guidelines. Lead data migration initiatives for AlloyDB and support cloud-based data solutions. Collaborate with product owners customers architects and engineering teams to align solutions with business needs. Troubleshoot system issues optimize performance and ensure code reliability across environments. Promote engineering best practices mentor team members and uphold development quality. Leverage P&C insurance or claims experience (preferred but not required) to support domain-specific solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Strong expertise in Java or Python with Angular (13 recommended). 5 years of cloud experience (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable). Extensive experience in API development and enterprise system integration. Experience leading technical teams across multiple projects. Strong understanding of design discussions requirement analysis and solution architecture. Experience with AlloyDB data migration is a strong advantage.
