POSITION TITLE: Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP)REPORTS TO: General Manager Central Area Service  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The Konecranes Technical Leadership Development Program (TLDP)  is designed for entry level engineers interested in a highly successful global company that provides the opportunity to fast track their career into advanced technical and future business leadership positions.  The intention of this program is to rapidly develop the technical and business acumen of these highly motivated and qualified individuals into advanced technical roles that may include engineered sales design engineering operations or manufacturing of our products and services. The two (2) year program will provide a foundation for the TLDP candidates to target future management opportunities including those aspiring to lead Konecranes business units.PROGRAM OUTLINE:The Konecranes Technical Leadership Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed for graduating engineers who want to launch their careers with an industry-leading team-oriented organization. This program places high-potential engineers on a fast track toward advanced technical and business leadership roles across engineering sales design engineering operations and manufacturing.As a Technical Leadership Development Engineer you will rotate through five major engineering groups within the United States. During each rotation you will work directly alongside subject-matter experts gaining hands-on experience technical depth and cross-functional understanding of Konecranes products processes and customer solutions.Throughout the program you will be a full-time Konecranes employee with meaningful responsibilities exposure to diverse engineering disciplines and opportunities to contribute to real-world projects.
