Ford is launching a full lifecycle end-to-end initiative to modernize how products are defined engineered and manufactured.This position will manage the interdependencies for the global portfolio and integration across the product lines coordinate value stream mapping prioritize the Mfg. IT portfolio intake and backlog facilitate cross team planning ensure adherence to financial planning and reporting requirements coordinate allocation of capacity across Ford/Agency and Purchase service engagements.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of an integrated MFG. IT cycle planCoordinate the ideation process and intake across business critical capabilitiesAccelerate business value recognition for prioritized investmentsConduct cross product line planning eventsHandle formal scope definition KPI identification & tracking and change logLead technical product managers across MFG ITBalance demand & capacity allocation across the MFG IT PortfolioEnsure compliance to Enterprise Tech business office financial forecasting and actuals reportingQualificationsBachelors Degree in related fields (Industrial Systems Program Management Computer Science)10 years driving objective accountability and ownership within cross functional teams10 years experience with supplier/purchase service sourcing10 years in managing complex projects/programs10 years experience working with Manufacturing skill team5 years in Sourcing (low cost outsource insource etc.) experienceOur preferred requirements:Understanding of Product Driven System of DeliveryStrong technical product management disciplinePolitically savvy navigating the organization to achieve outcomesProven ability to lead and empower team membersStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesKnowledge of the Ford Production System (FPS) and related processesResourceful and creativeExperience bringing together business change initiatives and the key enablersExperience partnering with enterprise-level leaders and stakeholdersUnderstanding of emerging digital technologiesExperience modernizing legacy IT infrastructure and applicationsRole model of Ford Truths and Ford BehaviorsYou may not check every box or your experience may look a little different from what weve outlined but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company we encourage you to apply!As an established global company we offer the benefit of choice.
