We are seeking a detail-driven professional with strong analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex, time-sensitive work. This role requires proactive issue identification, strong follow-through, and a commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant, and audit-ready technical data.Successful candidates demonstrateownership, initiative,and the ability to drive work to completion with limited oversight. This role involves navigating ambiguous or incomplete information, prioritizing effectively, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, security, and compliance in all tasks.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Technical Orders Product Data Management Specialist.Position Responsibilities:Independently manage acquisition, tracking, and controlled distribution of technical orders and manualsMaintain and improve library catalog records to ensure accuracy and audit readinessAnalyze incoming data for gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns; take corrective action or escalate appropriatelyValidate end-user eligibility and ensure distribution aligns with DoD and export-control requirementsManage DoD accounts, subscription actions, and inventory within established systemsResearch complex questions and guide users in accessing required informationLead resolution of post-delivery issues by identifying root causes and coordinating stakeholdersPerform recurring data integrity audits and drive remediation to closureIdentify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements using Lean principlesManage and track team metrics and documentation and support team trainingAssist with material disposition per Boeing policies and retention requirementsOperate with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and complianceThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):2+ years of experience with technical documentation or technical information deliveryPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3 : 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of experience in Library/Information Science services2+ years working with DoD technical manuals or DoD technical data processesExperience managing records, catalogs, inventory, or controlled informationExperience in data integrity work (data entry, reconciliation, or audit activities)Experience with integrated library systems or digital records platformsProficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, etc.)Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement practicesDemonstrated ability to independently manage complex work with competing prioritiesStrong analytical skills and ability to synthesize abstract or incomplete informationFamiliarity with export-control regulations and DoD distribution requirementsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This role is primarily first shift ( start time sometime between 9-11am CT) ; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
