The individual needs to lead effort independently work effectively with a scrum team using agile methodology and well as have the ability to work across teams. The product owner must collaborate with business stakeholders: Marketing Call Center Operations Sales Compliance and other IT teams to ensure seamless operations of the campaign. The individual will be responsible for gathering requirements work with scrum teams to create the user stories work with the developers to ensure prioritized work is consumed in the appropriate sprints and continue the backlog management of requests. They will conduct testing efforts with QA team members to ensure all requirements are met organize UAT sessions with business stakeholders Provide the support needed for incidents/defects.
