Technical Program Manager Design IP at Cadence Systems

The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in digital and/or mixed-signal IP design and/or SoC development with a proven track record of successfully leading or managing designs with end customers. We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who can ensure flawless executionsomeone passionate about coordinating all aspects of the project within a matrix organizational structure to deliver successful results.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilitiesfacilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverablesconstantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholderspresent reports defining projectprogress problems and solutionsmanage customer engagement project and relationship managementcollaborate with Sales Marketing Finance and Engineering to assure effective and efficient projectexecution Education and Experiencehands-on experience in digital design and mixed-signal design and end-to-end flow is highly preferableminimum 5 to 7 years of relevant work experienceproven experience in working or managing designs and teams from conception to manufacturingknowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools for both analog and digital design from Architecture to GDSMSEE preferredKey competenciescritical thinking and problem-solving skillsteamwork and collaborationadaptabilityBe proud and passionate about the work you do.
