Mandatory Skills: Technical project management stakeholder management People management and family in running complex IT Software development and support projects Mandatory tools/Tech background: JIRA Confluence ServiceNow MS Project Familiarity with modern technology stacks (Cloud platforms APIs Kafka Cassandra Pub-Sub DevOps practices) Skills and experiences: The right candidate should have 8 years of program/project management experience with at least 6 years managing technology-focused initiatives and should have demonstrated experience in o leading end-to-end delivery of technical programs across domains in retail eCommerce or supply chain technology programs. Defining and managing program scope objectives roadmaps and measurable success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders. Conducting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog prioritization and release Management. Partnering with engineering architecture and operations teams to ensure scalable secure and high-performing solutions Acting as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and providing regular status evaluating issues and risks and dependencies Ensuring adherence of the project to refined IT standards security compliance and governance requirements o risk issue stakeholder and dependencies management Tracking and reporting key delivery metrics (velocity quality cost and productivity) Continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives including automation and AI-based productivity tools.
