Job Description
Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) BI Analytics (Manufacturing Domain)Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid 3 to 4 Days Onsite) Duration: 6 Months to Start (High Possibility of Extension) Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)Rate: 65-70/hr Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience as a TPM, Program Manager, or Project Manager in BI/Analytics environments.Strong background in Manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial analytics programs.Expertise across BI tools with the following focus areas:Power BI (70%) Advanced dashboarding, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.Tableau (20%) Dashboard development and visualization best practices.Alteryx (10%) Data preparation, ETL workflows, and automation.Proven experience managing hybrid teams (onsite + offshore) of 2030 members.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and analytics lifecycle.Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
