Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location (on site vs remote): Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Livingston NJ Duration: 6 month C2H Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope goals deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates stakeholder communications and issue resolution. Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile practices facilitating Scrum meetings and ensuring iterative progress. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with technical requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans schedules and status reports. Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred. Experience: 5 years of project management experience with a focus on technical projects in software development IT or engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello MS Project) and familiarity with software development methodologies. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
