For more information please visit .Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to identify and engage exceptional talent for our growing team. As a full-cycle Technical Recruiter youll partner closely with our Recruiting Lead hiring managers and other stakeholders to build robust pipelines of technical talent aligned with our mission and values. This role requires high ownership comfort with a wide range of tasks and enthusiasm for a small fast-moving environment. Youll primarily recruit for our Mission team which includes roles in business development field engineering and technical operations.If youre passionate about finding top-tier talent and contributing to groundbreaking advancements in defense technology we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Collaborate with our Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the requirements team dynamics and organizational goals for each roleOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates from initial screening to offerDevelop and implement creative strategies to build talent pipelines leveraging tactical research referrals networking events and sourcing campaignsPartner with Recruiting Coordinators Recruiters and Operations team members to ensure seamless and efficient operational workflowsMaintain and analyze pipeline metrics providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholdersDeeply understand each teams product roadmap and culture to effectively position rolesRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiencyBuild expertise in critical skills target companies and industry trends to guide recruiting strategies and inform hiring decisionsUtilize data and analytics to influence hiring strategies ensure data integrity and track progress toward recruitment goalsRun point on external recruiting agencies being utilized for niche positions within the org youre supportingDeliver an outstanding proactive candidate experience throughout the processWork 4-5 days onsite out of our office in Hawthorne CaliforniaMinimum Requirements:3 years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles with a track record of closing top engineering talent (startup experience preferred)Experience hiring within robotics domains (CV perception motion planning localization mapping etc.)3 years partnering with hiring managers and directors on requirements pipelines and candidate evaluationsConsultative approach that improves outcomes and builds trust with candidates and partnersStrong understanding of engineering skillsets and role requirementsClear communication with candidates to assess motivation alignment and fitExperience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking progressHigh curiosity and low ego; values learning candid feedback and continuous improvementFamiliarity with ATS/HRIS systems interview techniques and varied sourcing channelsPreferred Requirements:Startup tech or relevant domain experienceExperience with any of the following tools: Greenhouse LinkedIn Recruiter Pave AsanaAbility to operate independently with minimal oversightResilient creative problem-solver who adapts quickly and finds solutions on the flyStrong communicationdirect timely and efficientwith active listening and high collaborationHigh ownership mindset with a willingness to improve processes and support mission-critical work beyond defined responsibilitiesWhy CHAOSHealth Benefits: Medical dental and vision benefits 100% paid for by the companyAdditional benefits: 401k ( 50% company match up to 6% of pay) FSA HSA life insurance and moreOur Perks: Free daily lunch No meeting Fridays unlimited PTO casual dress codeCompensation Components: Competitive base salaries generous pre-IPO stock option grants relocation assistance and (coming soon!) annual bonusesTeam Growth: 200 employees and counting across 5 global officesSalary range: $110000 - $135000The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base compensation range and excludes additional earnings such as bonus equity and benefits.
