Join us in shaping a future where computers truly come alive.About this RoleWere looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join Sesame in our New York this role youll partner closely with recruiting hiring managers and cross-functional teams to scale Sesame by bringing in exceptional talent. You will play a pivotal role in building out our New York office presence and representing Sesames talent brand in the candidate market. Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers across key departments to scale their teams and grow our New York office. Own sourcing and candidate management for technical roles while increasing representation in our hiring pipelines. Navigate complex and sensitive compensation discussions with candidates as an advisor and expert on the technical talent market. Define and improve workflows in our ATS (Ashby) optimize our talent tools and expand our talent brand in the market. Manage inbound channels and our agency partners. Collaborate with coordination to drive an exceptional candidate experience.Enjoy using recruiting data to develop and execute effective search strategies diagnose process issues educate hiring teams and drive better outcomes. Follow a structured hiring process designed to minimize bias and improve decision-making.Qualifications:7 years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech companies (in-house or a combination of agency in-house).Skilled in negotiation and market positioning with up-to-date knowledge of technical talent markets.A track record of using sourcing metrics and pipeline data to optimize recruiting performance.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills including Director level partnership.Creative technical sourcing skills and a proactive problem-solving approach to finding and engaging underrepresented top talent.Comfortable working through ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment.Experienced in improving hiring workflows within an ATS through AI and structured hiring.
