Job Description

Sika is looking for an experienced Service Representative to join its growing team in the Denver CO area for the Roofing business. The sales representative is responsible to provide technical sales support at the regional level to customers (contractors architects consultants and building owners) to achieve pre-determined sales and profit objectives.  The candidate needs to have excellent communication organizational and writing skills and knowledge about the roofing industry.  Specific Responsibilities:Position Sika Sarnafil as a company that provides quality products and serviceSales of all Sika Sarnafil Roofing and Waterproofing systems to meet agreed upon budget and gross margin objectivesCoordinate with local manufacturers representatives to accomplish goals and objectivesCreate and identify new market opportunitiesSolely responsible to oversee specification activity through Roofing Consultants Architects Engineers and all other influencing partiesRoofing contractor account management to include bid returns receivables territory coverageEstablish and manage key owner relationships and activities within territoryQualifications : Associates Degree BA/BS PreferredMinimum of five years of sales or related experience preferably to the owner and architectural communitiesUnderstanding of the single ply roofing industryComputer proficiencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Information :  401k with Generous Company Match   Bonuses  Medical Dental and Vision Benefits  Paid Parental Leave Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid time off paid holidays Floating holidays Paid Volunteer Time Wellness/Fitness Reimbursements  Education Assistance Professional Development Opportunities  Employee Referral Program & More!   Sika fosters a culture of entrepreneurship empowering each individual to make decisions learn from experiences and shape their own career path.
