Based in Knoxville TN you will be responsible for driving Flow sales in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia within a large installed base of accounts and providing solutions in the Pulp and paper chemical power pharmaceutical and government this position you will partner with customers to make the world healthier safer and more sustainable. This is a remote field-based position located within the territory.In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:Act as a Strategic Partner to both current and prospective customers gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and recommending solutions to maintain and grow salesUse proven sales strategies and CRM tools to effectively promote and sell the companys products image and total valueConduct regular territory analysis and strategic planning to identify and capitalize on opportunitiesPursue and secure major project business demonstrating a strong ability to close dealsEffectively sets priorities and manages time efficientlyDevelop product-based solutions to address customers latent pain.Deliver sales solutions both independently and collaboratively working seamlessly across teams to achieve successWho You Are:You relate comfortably with people across levels functions cultures and geographies; understanding interpersonal and group dynamics and engaging in an effective manner. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information and readily distinguish between whats relevant and whats unimportant to efficiently define sophisticated problems accurately before moving to solutions. You maintain a positive demeanor and forward-thinking approach despite troubling circumstances or setbacks.
