Technical Support Manager - Macedonia, OH - JOB 26-00389 Salary Range: $70K - $85K Full-time Permanent Position with Benefits A NEO elevator company is seeking to add a Technical Support Manager to their team. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or related Open to domestic travel 2 to 4 days per month Has or can acquire passport for once per year international travel 3+ years of mechanical product support preferred Troubleshoot, install, diagnose customer problems. Support customer/staff with procedural documentation Process warranty claims Order parts Monitor time lines Support new product lines Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
