Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customersJoin our team as a Technical Support Specialist where youll provide expert guidance on equipment operation troubleshooting and parts identification. Youll collaborate across teams and directly with customers to deliver solutions that ensure reliable performance customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Our Technical Support team bridges customers engineering and sales to deliver reliable solutions.Your responsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on equipment assembly operation and troubleshootingIdentify and recommend correct or alternate part numbers for repairs/replacementsConduct on-site support visits and deliver technical training to customersCollaborate with Sales Order Desk Engineering and Quality teamsEscalate systemic issues and share customer insights with Product DevelopmentDocument recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiativesWhat you bring10 years of mining crusher mechanical experience.
