Job Description

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only Visa:Open to any visa typewith valid work authorization in the USA Develops and maintains user andtechnicaldocumentation and project process documentation for Information Technology Teams. Understands the users view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. Provides expertise ontechnicalconcepts of applications and /or user groups and structuring procedures in a logical sequence due to a broad understanding of the applications. Writes a variety oftechnicalarticles reports brochures and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document. Performs highly advanced (senior-level)technicalwriting work coordinating the composition organization and editing of compiled information. Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Employees at this level may independently perform the most complextechnicalwriting work and may prepare and refine material for speeches and public presentations. Aid IT in documenting the environment policies procedures and plans of the IT Division. Work involves conducting detailed analysis of and extensive research on data providing results and monitoring and implementing data quality. Develop and implement customer-centric metrics and reporting. Support performance quality and improvement efforts to help streamline processes through data analysis and the analysis of data and embrace evaluative thinking that includes posing thoughtful questions about data getting feedback from key stakeholders and using data to support staff programs and operations. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience in composing reviewing and editingtechnicaldocuments policy manuals procedural documents operational guidelines materials and reports. - Required- 8years Previous experience researching developing and disseminating information on techniques for organizing and presenting policy procedure andtechnicalinformation.- Required- 8years Ability to consult withtechnicalstaff in the development of documentation policy and procedural material.- Required- 8 years Previous experience preparing responses to correspondence reports surveys questionnaires and other requests for information .- Required- 6 years Experience creating and presenting policy and procedure updates reports options and feedback to upper management and C Level stakeholders. - Required- 6 years Previous technology writing experience in the public sector - Preferred- 5Years Knowledge of IT policies and procedures- Preferred- 5Years Key Skills Proofreading,Adobe Acrobat,Content Management Systems,Technical Writing,Visio,Microsoft Powerpoint,Sharepoint,XML,Confluence,Wiki Systems,Word Processing,Writing Skills Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
