Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $40-50 Hourly Start Date: 01.05.2026 Responsibilities:*Collaborate with the Content writing team and Program Managers to identify content to focus on based on priority needs.* Work with stakeholders who use the product to gather information and turn it into customer ready content.*Create new articles and update existing articles to reflect the latest features and functionality, in support of their needs. This includes assisting with content freshness efforts and SEO improvements.* Author the documentation and test/validate and configurations that will be published.* Respond to reviewer feedback and incorporate feedback as needed.* Deliver documentation according to specifications and priorities provided by team* Use content team tools, process, style guide and publishing guidelines to deliver high quality documentation. Tools GitHub, Markdown language, and Azure DevOpsSkills required:* 3-5 years of technical writing experience and/or experience creating technical, customer facing content, specifically IT pro and DevOps content* Experience writing Azure and/or Windows Server documentation and or Windows Server knowledge is a plus* Ability to be self-sufficient and ability to work independently.* Experience or familiarity with markdown and GitHub is preferred.* Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, Computer Science or related field preferred. Work related experience may substitute for degree.
