Overtime may be required including occasional off-shift hours or weekend work depending on business needs.Access to the Veralto Enterprise System and a lean business culture of continuous improvementHealth benefits and 401(k) company matchWhat Youll Do:Perform maintenance installation and improvement tasks for facility equipment and building systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues implementing corrective actions for continuous improvement.Complete preventive and predictive maintenance activities.Participate in Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives.Support building and grounds upkeep.Collaborate with your team to keep the facility running at its best.The essential requirements of the job include:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in a related field preferred.At least 1 year of relevant experience (mechanical installation machining or related industrial work).Knowledge of basic plumbing (preferred).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a logical structured approach.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Comfort with both office and hands-on work; able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Independence reliability and a commitment to safety.Hach is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO) a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water safe food and medicine and trusted essential goods.
