DescriptionAs a FAA Test Technician Level 4 here at Honeywell you will play a critical role in testing and troubleshooting complex aerospace systems and components. You will work with a team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our aerospace business and make a significant impact in the industry.In this role you will impact the performance and reliability of our aerospace systems by conducting thorough testing analyzing test data and identifying and resolving any issues or anomalies. You will also be accountable for maintaining test equipment and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform functional and environmental testing of aerospace systems and componentsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing and provide recommendations for resolutionAnalyze test data and generate reports to document test resultsMaintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliabilityWork with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvementsAdhere to safety and quality standards in all testing activitiesAll applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test testing for Marijuana Cocaine Amphetamines (amphetamine methamphetamine MDMA MDA) Phencyclidine (PCP) and Opioids (codeine heroin morphine oxycodone oxymorphone hydrocodone hydromorphone).
