Zoho One Administrator /Developer Remote Potential for Contract Extension: Possible extension or contract-to-hire Initiatives / Projects Sales pathing and workflow automation Impact / Function Supports merchant payment provider processes, contributing to revenue growth Industry Background Technology background required Roles and Responsibilities Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications. Customize modules, workflows, and blueprints, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decisions. Deluge Scripting: Use Zoho Deluge scripting to create and maintain automation scripts that streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks. Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement workflows and blueprints to improve efficiency and ensure process consistency. Business Requirements: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and reports. Documentation: Develop a data dictionary to serve as the control center for all organizational terms, formulas, and KPIs. Must-Have Technical Skills Managing and configuring Zoho One products including CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications Flex Skills / Nice-to-Have Experience with other CRM/ERP platforms Programming experience Database experience Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Zoho Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in configurations, workflows, and reports Education / Certification Required: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field Nice to have: Zoho Certified Administrator or Developer Experience Level Level 1: 1–3 years Screening Questions How familiar are you with Zoho’s Deluge scripting language?
