These in-person positions require a strong background with Edupoints Synergy Student Information System with desired expertise in Scheduling and Gradebook. The ideal candidates are customer-service oriented highly collaborative and brings a detail-focused self-motivated approach to solving complex issues.These technology support positions contribute directly to the success of our schools and we seek individuals who are adaptable team-oriented and committed to supporting district goals wherever needed.GENERAL DUTIES:Serve as an expert on resolving technology issues and provide support to other technology staff. Analyze newly identified technology issues and research solutions. Evaluate new technology systems and produce recommendations for adoption.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or its equivalentProficient oral and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications including but not limited to email and systems applicationsExperience performing repairs and upgrades on a wide variety of systems and end user technologiesExperience diagnosing the root cause of technology problemsIn-depth knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software applications and end user technologyHold a valid Oregon drivers licenseEduPoints Synergy Student Information Systems experienceBENEFITS:Predictable work schedule Monday-FridayAll federally recognized holidays off (some holidays paid)Positions follow typical student school days with winter break spring break and summers offDistrict paid sick leave for all employees (unlimited accrual)Annual Personal Day (2)Eligible for District health insurance plans.
