DescriptionPropel operational success with your expertise in technology support and a commitment to continuous improvement.As a Technology Support III team member in Commercial & Investment Banks Payments Technology team you will ensure the operational stability availability and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot maintain identify escalate and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems leading to a seamless user experience.Job responsibilitiesProvides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firmBe on-call about every fourth weekend with the opportunity to gain extra time off for weekends workedSupports the day-to-day maintenance of the firms systems to ensure operational stability and availabilityAssist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability toolsIdentify issues for escalation and communication and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholdersAnalyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident problem and change management in support of full stack technology systems applications or infrastructureRequired qualifications capabilities and skills3 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting resolving and maintaining information technology servicesKnowledgeable in using python or another scripting languageExperienced in monitoring tools splunk dynatrace and geniusStrong experience with AWS as most of the app is deployed on itExperience with troubleshooting live applicationsDemonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloudExposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworkPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsExperience with Kubernetes Key Skills Computer Science,SQL,Active Directory,Customer Service,Incident Management,Access Points,OS,Asset Management,Linux,VPN,User Accounts,Desktop,Backup,Technical Support,Application Support Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 95000 - 130000
