Technology Support Intern at Our National Conversation

At OUR NATIONAL CONVERSATION we use a lot of platforms and systems.Here are some: WordPress Bluehost MailChimp EventBrite Slack SubstackZoom OBS Canva Google Drive Outlook GoDaddy LinkedIn FacebookInstagram TikTok YouTube Libsyn Spotify ChatGPT SmartRecruitersHandshake etc.We are looking to assemble a team of 3-4 student interns who will serve as ourplatform/systems/technical support managers.Individual interns will focus on systems they know and they can learn othersystems too. This is intended to be a learning experience. You will learn fromeach other.With three to four interns we hope we can cover all the bases.If there are any gaps you will help fill them either by:1) Learning that system from scratch;or 2)Finding another intern to join the team.We want our platform/systems managers to write up how-to manuals so otherscan learn these systems too. Usually a system is easy enough to run once youknow it; getting up to speed from a cold start is hard.We need help managing our many passwords and other credentials.This is for people who are naturally gifted at tech and who have experienceworking with several platforms already.There is no pay but you will get excellent experience. This internship will helpprepare you to become a technical support professional if thats your goal. We appreciate continuity and will give preference to interns who can commit toat least six months.
