Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.As a Technology Support Lead in Corporate Sector – Enterprise Technology, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.Job responsibilitiesLead teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firmExecute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availabilityMonitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability toolsEscalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restorationLead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructureRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesExperience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloudProficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniquesExperience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworkProficiency in service-level changes to a system and troubleshooting components with VMware vCF environments, VCloud Foundation – VCF; VMWare Certifications Required.Experience as a VMware ESXi system engineer in an Enterprise class environment with vSANExperience in large-scale, dynamic, high-availability production environmentsPerform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actionsBuild and drive adoption for greater self-healing and resiliency patterns; Lead and participate in performance tests; identify bottlenecks, opportunities for optimization, and capacity demandsSoftware development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell; Strong networking background, with good knowledge of related protocols and technologies (e.g. BGP, VRF, MPLS, IP, TCP, UDP), as applied to a data center contextStrong computing fundamentals; A passion for building software, and a long-term career as a software technologist; Demonstrated leadership in an agile teamPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsWorking knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scriptingPractical experience with public cloudExperience with VMware NSX-T and Hyper-V a strong plus
