Telecom Account Executive II at Clearwave Fiber LLC

Clearwave Fiber LLC No longer available

Job Description

Business Account Executive - B2B Fiber Sales (Savannah, GA)

Clearwave Fiber

Built for closers. Powered by fiber. Paid for performance.

Clearwave Fiber is expanding - and we're hiring experienced B2B telecom sales professionals who know how to hunt, close, and grow a territory.

This is a true field-based, hunter role selling fiber-based internet and connectivity solutions to SMB and mid-market businesses across Savannah and surrounding Georgia markets. If you've sold telecom before, understand sales process / sales methodology, and live for the chase, you'll feel right at home.

If you need warm leads, guardrails, or daily hand-holding - this isn't your gig.

If you want uncapped commission, real autonomy, and a product that wins - keep reading.

What You'll Do:

Hunt & Close

  • Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts through cold outreach, networking, and in-market presence
  • Sell fiber-based internet, voice, and connectivity solutions that solve real business problems

Own the Relationship

  • Act as a trusted advisor from first conversation through close and beyond
  • Build long-term relationships that drive renewals, referrals, and expansion

Run Your Territory Like a Business

  • Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and keep deals moving in CRM
  • Stay visible in the market - business parks, chambers, referrals, boots-on-the-ground selling

Win Consistently

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Compete hard, close clean, and build a book of business you're proud of

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

  • Proven B2B sales success - telecom, fiber, cable, wireless, or related technology strongly preferred
  • Hunter mentality - self-directed, resilient, and motivated by results (and commission)
  • Comfort with cold prospecting - you don't wait for leads to show up
  • Strong communication skills - confident presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • CRM discipline - you know your numbers and manage your pipeline intentionally
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation - this is a field-based role

Compensation & Perks (Where the Work Pays Off)

  • Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE), plus Uncapped Commission
  • Day-One Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401(k) with Immediate Company Match
  • Up to 20 Days PTO in Year One
  • Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance
  • HSA/HRA Contributions & FSA Options
  • Mileage Reimbursement, Laptop & Cell Phone
  • Free Clearwave Fiber Service (where available)

Why Clearwave Fiber

We're not a massive telecom where reps disappear into a number.
We're a growing fiber company where sales performance is visible, rewarded, and supported.

You'll get:

  • Real ownership of your territory
