As a Telecom Success Associate you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and market growth through recommending AT&T products and services to residents in Cleveland, OH. You will engage with prospective customers, assess their service needs and enroll them in tailored plans that align with their preferences as a Telecom Success Associate. The key responsibilities of the Telecom Success Associate Communicate the value and benefits of service offerings with clarity to customers Acquire customers through strategic direct outreach using a consultative and problem solving approach Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions as a Telecom Success Associate Maintain up to date customer enrollments, service recommendations and interactions using CRM tools As a Telecom Success Associate you will meet individual goals while also contributing to the overall growth of the company The Telecom Success Associate will represent professionalism, integrity, empathy and a customer focused mindset across all outreach efforts Work with fellow Telecom Success Associates to come up with outreach strategies that lead to sales and customer acquisition Skills and Experience of the Telecom Success Associate A high school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent communication skills Prior experience in Telecommunications , Sales or Customer facing role is preferred Comfortable using CRM tools and computer proficient Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
