As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll join an organization that prioritizes your growth and impact by reducing administrative burdens and allowing you to focus on what matters most — delivering high-quality clinical care.Our service model may vary by location, but across all sites, you’ll be supported by a team structure that promotes collaboration, development, and strong clinical outcomes.<h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:21px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You’ll Do</h3>In the school setting:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work on IEP goals approved by the district</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support Behavior Therapists with managing behaviors</li></ul>In the Friday & Summer Programs:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Design, implement, and oversee data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Collaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to support peers and promote clinical consistency</li></ul>Across Both Settings:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Supervise, coach, and train a team of Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead bimonthly team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain 30 billable hours per week</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:21px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You Bring</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Current BCBA certification</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">CANS certification is preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">CPI or MANDT training certification is preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Spanish-speaking is a plus</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:21px;margin-bottom:5px;">Why Accel Therapies</h3>Our BCBAs are supported, not stretched thin.
