You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications include sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, ability to effectively relate to a customer, personal lines and/or property & casualty license preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
