More can be found out about us at as well asRichelieu YouTube.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a critical and meaningful role within the Richelieu organization the Telemarketing position is primarily responsible for inside sales development for a portion of our local sales region. This person will primarily:Seek out new business opportunities with customers via phoneplacing orders as well as providingsalesquotesWork closelywithoutside sales representatives with customer orders andquotesResearch product solutionsfor customers to solvefield-projectissuesHours of operation areMonday to Friday day shift onlyWhat We Are Looking ForPrior telemarketing inside sales or customer service experiencePast experience with wood woodworking panels and/or boards is a strong plusPrior architectural or interior hardware experience ishelpful but not requiredDeveloped customer serviceproblem-solving and project managementskillsTeam-oriented showsinitiativeStrong sense of drive and creativityExperience usingWordExcel andbasic Outlook systems.
