Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.ResponsibilitiesProvides oversight of the operations of the Central Monitoring Unit to include resolution of concerns related to human resources telemetry capacity scheduling issues and equipment functionality. Works closely and serves as a communication liaison with all departments that provide telemetry monitoring. Responsible for the departmental processes that support accurate record keeping observation of telemetry monitors and prompt identification and escalation of cardiac rhythm changes to appropriate nursing personnel. May perform the duties of a Monitor Technician as the absence of the manager may assume 24-hour responsibility for the department.QualificationsREQUIRED LPN/PARAMEDIC/EMTHigh School Diploma or GED2 years of experience BLSDemonstrated leadership capabilities.Medical TerminologyDemonstrated competency in EKG/arrhythmia interpretationCertified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) or Certified Cardiac Technician (CCT) within 6 months of employmentMONITOR TECHNICIANHigh School Diploma or GED5 years of experience Demonstrated leadership capabilities.BLSMedical TerminologyDemonstrated competency in EKG/arrhythmia interpretationCertified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) or Certified Cardiac Technician (CCT)PREFERREDAssociates Degree in healthcare related field of study1 year supervisory experience Graduate from an accredited CVT programNational certification in specialty areaWork Hours:0600-1830Weekend Requirements:Yes- Rotating BasisRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Abinitio,Administration And Accounting,Android,Bid Management,Inventory Management,Embedded C Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
