At Nevada State Bank we truly believe that it matters WHO you work with.We are now accepting applications for a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join the team located at our Damonte branch in Reno NV.Essential Functions:Be responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.Identify and address clients needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts issuing counter checks performing account maintenance issuing/activation ATM cards performing money transfers ordering checks receiving loan payments etc.Resolve clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.Identify and maximize cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Some cashiering customer service balancing or other related experience.Basic knowledge of math cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.Solid balancing and customer service skills.Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.High School diploma or equivalent.Hours: Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PMMust be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.Benefits:Medical Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!Life and Disability Insurance Paid Parental Leave and Adoption AssistanceHealth Savings (HSA) Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accountsPaid Training Paid Time Off (PTO) and 13 Paid Holidays (includes Nevada Day & Family Day)401(k) plan with company match Profit Sharing competitive compensation in line with work experienceMental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessionsTuition Reimbursement for qualifying employeesEmployee Ambassador preferred banking products Pay range (depending on experience): $17 - $20/hour Key Skills Correspondent,Invoicing,CAD,CMMS,Communication,AC Maintenance Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Hourly Salary Salary: 17 - 20
