Title Code:Temp: Programs ClerkThis posiiton is 30 hours per week for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. The hourly rate is $20.00.JOB SUMMARYProvides clerical assistance to the administrative and teaching staff in assigned program/initiative.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESAssists with program/initiative process documentation including parent/staff notification meeting minutes and follow-up to meetings.Tracks timeline for referrals evaluations/re-evaluations and annual reviews.Completes billing forms and other forms.Sorts organizes delivers and processes all incoming and outgoing mail.Collects prepares maintain organizes and disseminates appropriate files documents and information for all meeting and programs/initiatives in an orderly manner.Makes copies of all documents for parents teachers and staff members included in student case.Enters updates and maintains data in database generates and distributes reports and uses software to prepare documents.Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
