Benefits:Paid time offTraining & developmentWellness resourcesJob Summary: Responsible for assisting the driver with route preparation; navigating the route; loading unloading and assembling household items at the customers location and at the warehouses.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:navigate driver to the location including getting out of the truck at the location to assist driver in maneuvering around power lines driveways trees etc.Telephone customers and notify them of expected arrival time.Maintain 5Ss Sort Straighten Shine Standardize and Sustain in dock areas including exterior truck wells.Accurately load and unload items on and off the truck. Ensure documents/merchandise are secure safe and free from damage.Place and assemble items at customer location as required.Assist driver with notifying the office of PO/PB results. Notify dock supervisor of merchandise rejected by the customer.Assist Daily with paperwork as needed.Occasionally fill in as driver ( if properly licensed) when driver is absent.Adherence to the Companys appearance guidelines.QualificationsCandidates must be at least 18 years or age. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
