We are looking for aMaintenancePlanner/Coordinator tojoin our team as soon as possible.As aMaintenancePlanner/Coordinator you will be a part of a dynamic team helping to enhance travelers journeys by providing best-in-class airport services and elevating travel experiences beyond expectations.The Facilities Maintenance Planner/Coordinator is a key role within the Facilities Management team to support all physical infrastructure activities within Terminal Operators responsibility. The plannerwill be the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers and will provide the necessary daily support to the FM team and contractors. This role will also be responsible for operational control of key Building systems that will monitor both the Health and Performance of critical Terminal Assets. You will be part of a quickly growing team helping not only to create an attractive passenger terminal but also to develop the Terminal Operator company with your expertise and personality. Your Future ResponsibilitiesEnsures that all schedules and work orders for Planned Maintenance are in place and stakeholders are informedMonitors execution receives reports on executed PM Work Orders and validatesthat information is logged into the CMMS system (Maximo)Ensures events/incidents are logged into the CMMS system attended to and resolved as per SLAs using the standard work order and event/incident management proceduresInforms and collaborates if there is an event needing other stakeholders involvementInforms and puts measures in place for any alerts received by a Facility Maintenance systemMonitors and oversees that planned and ad-hoc inspections are taking placeMonitors all KPIs and SLAs for complianceMonitors subcontractors performance on planned maintenance and event management and coordinate with respective managementIssues shift/daily reports as requiredContributes to reporting & analysis to identify trends suggest condition-based maintenance actions and enhances the ITOCC OperationAssists technicians in locating parts supplies and materialsConfirms that all required documentation related to Work Order Execution is maintained accordinglyActs as first resolution provider wherever possibleMonitors Building Management System(s) status and takes appropriate action to address any received faults through management of Corrective Work OrderShift work required (16 x 7)Your Education & TrainingBachelors degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and5 years in Facilities Management and Maintenance; or technical associate degree and10 years inFacilities Management and Maintenance2 years of experience within the aviation sector within the Facilities Maintenance Organization preferredPrior knowledge of CMMS system such as Maximo and Building Management SystemsYour Skills & ExperienceExcellent Organizational skillsExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precisionExcellent Customer Service SkillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitaskAbility to use tact and diplomacy while dealing with others under difficult circumstancesAbility to adapt to changing conditions and make decisions accordinglyExcellent analytical skills to review and interpret dataTeam player who works jointly towards a common goal and vision and contributes to the team both professionally and personally.Ability to work without direct supervision taking responsibility and ownership of assigned tasksAbility to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to executivesExperience in a large complex airport environment is an assetIs eager for feedback and to learn and grow in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.Possesses a strong sense of integrity openness fairness and transparency.Good reasons why you should become part of the airport familyBe part of a team who embraces diversity fosters collaboration practices mentorship and believes in a positive healthy work climate.Help Munich Airport Europes only 5-star Airport build its reputation in the US.An international working environment.Attractive benefit package; Health Vision Dental 401(k) Matching LTD/STD PTO.The base salary range for this role is $33 to $36 per hour. You will learn a wealth of information about the aviation industry and airport operations while here and if this temporary/seasonal position goes full-time additional benefits such as medical dental vision and 401(k) will be offered!
