This role is the daily point of contact for all on-site appointments and responsible for specific onboarding tasks and background checks. Acting as a trusted guide this role ensures all pre-hire requirements are completed accurately efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards. The Coordinator serves as a front-line ambassador balancing organizational needs with an unwavering focus on creating raving fan new hires who feel welcomed supported and ready to succeed.Focus:External and internal client-facing role with an emphasis on creating a lean exceptional candidate experience.EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent required.
