Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.Job Summary Responsible for leading the staffing efforts for the university. Works with hiring managers on recruiting strategies, creative sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing and recommending candidates. Assist with hiring proposal calculations and collaborates with Compensation Team to determine and extend final offer. Collaborates with HRBPs and HR Generalists on identifying talent gaps and workforce planning.Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Partners with hiring managers to secure high level talent using creative sourcing techniques2. Collaborates with hiring departments to design recruitment strategy for difficult to fill positions3. Assists hiring managers by prescreening resumes/applications for assigned jobs4. Conducts in person or phone interviews with candidates using behavioral based interviewing strategies5. Provides recommended candidate slate to hiring managers6. Seeks out passive candidates through creative sourcing7. Consults with Compensation team on compensation analysis to determine market competitive and equitable salary recommendations8. Coordinates search committees and search committee training, including advising hiring 9. Serves as a liaison with area employment agencies, industry associations and Department of Labor10. Completes reports on hiring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)11. Works with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on future workforce planning12.
