This is a remote position open to U.S.-based candidates authorized to work in the United States.While this is a temporary assignment there is a possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time position based on company needs and performance.Job requirementsWhat Youll Be DoingEnhancing and maintaining existing system functionalityDesigning and developing new features using Java JSP HTML JavaScript React JQuery and SQLParticipating in code reviews testing documentation and troubleshootingCollaborating with clients and internal stakeholders across design development QA and DevOpsTranslating user requirements into functional scalable solutionsEnsuring projects align with business goals and industry best practicesDelivering high-quality code and documentation within the defined project windowWhat Were Looking For6 years of Java and Java EE web development experienceStrong command of SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL Microsoft SQL Server or MySQLSolid front-end development skills using JavaScript Angular JQuery NPM and CSSProficiency with Java build tools such as Gradle or MavenExperience with frameworks like Struts Spring Spring Boot and JSPStrong understanding of RESTful APIs SOAP and HTTP protocolsExperience with Git and/or GitLab for version control and collaborationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelors degree in Computer Science IT Software Engineering or equivalent experienceBonus SkillsExperience with Docker and/or KubernetesTest-driven development using tools like JUnit or MockitoCommand-line experience with Linux or BashFamiliarity with Java Persistence API (JPA)Experience with cryptography and data security practicesExposure to DevOps processes automation tools and Agile developmentUnderstanding of OWASP best practices and compliance programs like HIPAA or PCIAdditional InformationTemporary assignment lasting approximately 4 to 8 weeks.(While this is a short-term engagement there is a possibility of conversion to a full-time position with Provision IAM based on project needs and individual performance.)Compensation: This is a temporary full-time role lasting approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
