If you are also goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you.The Territory Manager will work closely with the National Sales Director to effectively promote Sleep products and services to appropriate referral sources. Responsibilities also include identifying new opportunities while maintaining good relationships with current referral sources.Aeroflow believes in career building. Whether you’re looking for a place from which to launch your career - or a stable, ethical company in which to advance you won’t find an organization better equipped to help you meet your professional goals than Aeroflow Health.RequirementsBachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 2 years experience in B2B or B2C sales is required, medical sales experience preferredProven track record of increasing sales, driving revenue, and exceeding quota; outside sales experience is preferredAbility to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIsProficient in MS Office or Google Suite; familiarity with sales CRM is a plusExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and leadership ability, must be self-motivated, and successful working remotelyProblem-solving aptitudeResponsibilities & DutiesDevise effective territory sales and marketing strategies by analyzing the data availableMaking effective sales calls on various health care professionals and facilities within assigned territoryMeet with customers to address concerns and provide solutionsDevelop a regular call cycle with key decision-makersEffectively present products and services to prospective customersParticipate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationshipsMaintain records of sales calls and follow-up in company CRMCommunicate with sales leadership via reporting, forecasting, planning, and territory performanceAssess sales performance according to KPIsBecome an expert on third-party reimbursement, equipment, services, and necessary documentationMonitor competition within assigned regionMaintain proper documentation for expenses and request reimbursement on a bi-monthly basisAdheres to company policies regarding compliance and confidentialityPerform other duties as deemed appropriate by managementMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialityEmployee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.Special Skills/Equipment:Able to function as a cooperative team member with a “can do” attitudeGood oral and written communication skillsAble to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience in a professional environmentAble to prepare, submit reportsAble to maintain confidentialityOutstanding customer serviceStrong organizational, time management and problem-solving skillsWilling to be trained in pertinent areas of equipment/suppliesGood driving record and valid driver’s licensePhysical Requirements and Demands:In an average 8 hour day the employee stands/walks 6-8 hoursIn an average 8 hour day the employee drives 2-3 hoursThe employee lifts/carries up to 30 lbs maximumWhat Aeroflow OffersCompetitive Pay, Health Plans with FSA or HSA options, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Optional Life Insurance, 401K with Company Match, 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parent/ 4 weeks leave for non-birthing parent(s), Additional Parental benefits to include fertility stipends, free diapers, breast pump, Paid Holidays, PTO Accrual from day one, Employee Assistance Programs and SO MUCH MORE!!Here at Aeroflow, we are proud of our commitment to all of our employees.
