We’re building a mission-driven team creating real-world solutions in wildfire safety and climate tech.About This OpportunityWe’re looking to add a new Territory Manager to our team to help generate new business. This is an individual contributor sales role where you will help prospective customers, develop local partnerships, and provide an incredible customer experience. The Territory Manager will focus on the Colorado region, and candidates must be self-starters with sales experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication and follow-up skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentOwn an individual sales quotaBuild and maintain a sales pipeline of potential customers, from prospecting to installationSelf-generate new customer relationships and sales appointmentsManage sales pipeline and generate new business opportunitiesConduct in-person site visits and sales consultations with potential customersConduct face-to-face meetings with customers and provide detailed consultationsGenerate prospective customer designs, proposals, and contractsCustomer Education & SupportEducate customers on defensible space and wildfire defense systemsEducate clients about wildfire risks and our prevention systemsProvide ongoing customer support and maintain high satisfaction levelsProvide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to installation and beyondCollaboration & CoordinationCoordinate with the Project Management and Installation Teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful installationsWork closely with the Sales & Marketing Leadership team to execute Sales and Operating plans for your regionCollaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate installationsRelationship BuildingDevelop strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, fire departments, insurance partners, and other key organizationsCRM & ReportingMaintain records within our CRM system to report updates and outcomesTrack all sales and customer interactions through CRM toolsTraining & DevelopmentAttend in-person and virtual trainings, meetings, and events as requiredQualificationsMust-Have3-5+ years experience and proven track record in an individual contributor sales role with consumers and/or businesses preferably in the Construction, Energy, or Consumer Products industry?Experience in in-home or consumer product salesMust be located in ColoradoExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work remotely and travel to customer locations (50% of the week)Strong ability to create and deliver effective presentationsProficiency in CRM tools (Zoho) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)Vehicle and valid driver’s license required for local travelMust have reliable internet access at homeNice-to-HavePrevious experience in home services or real estate salesFamiliarity with wildfire risk mitigation and defensible space conceptsCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $100,000 +HUGE commission opportunity tied to performance with total compensation at $250,000+Vehicle stipend for job-related travelCompany-provided cell phone and laptop computerMedical, Dental, Vision insurance401kFlexible time off policy + 10 paid holidays per yearRemote First work environment, fostering work-life balance and autonomy with travel requirements throughout ColoradoJoin a passionate, mission-driven team making a real differenceAnd much more!Join Our Mission!If you're excited about leading construction projects that protect homes and families from wildfire disasters, we want to hear from you!
