Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the RoleWe're looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Territory Manager to grow and manage accounts within an assigned region. In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and serve as the main point of contact for your territory. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and exceed sales goals.This position is ideal for a self-starter with industrial sales experience who thrives on solving customer challenges and building long-term partnerships.What You'll DoManage and grow existing customer accounts while acquiring new businessBuild strong relationships with National, OEM, and Regional accountsUse a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and offer solutionsDevelop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive revenueCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product and service deliveryAttend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to generate leadsTrack sales activity, provide regular reporting, and meet assigned KPIsProvide accurate quotes and order details in collaboration with inside sales teamsTravel regularly within your territory (including some overnight travel)What We're Looking ForPrevious outside sales experience (industrial distribution preferred)Experience with conveyors, automation, or related products is a plusStrong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsHighly responsive and customer-focused mindsetProficiency with CRM software, ERP software, and Microsoft OfficeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environmentsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWillingness to travel frequently (including overnight)
