We pride ourselves on 4 core values - Driven, Creative, Accountable, and Servant.Compensation - $35,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience)Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a territory of HVAC/R contractors and B2B clientsAchieve and exceed sales goals and performance metricsIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunitiesMaintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionProvide technical support and product knowledge to clients as neededCoordinate with internal teams on customer needs, orders, and support issuesTrack sales activities and update CRM and reports regularlyRequirements:Minimum 4 years of documented B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R or a related construction or mechanical contracting fieldExperience working with contractors is requiredHVAC industry knowledge is strongly preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProficient with computers, CRM systems, and mobile sales toolsComfortable making sales calls by phone and in-personMust be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independentlyWilling to travel regularly throughout assigned territoryValid driver's license and clean driving record (company car provided)We have a robust benefits package including:Performance-based commissionsCompany vehicle providedHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and ongoing training
