The primary responsibility of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve and exceed revenue targets through direct sales to newly identified opportunities in the region, through effective customer management and executing sales campaigns to support the company's commercialization initiatives.Responsibilities Include:New revenue activityAchieve/exceed quarterly and annual new revenue goals through new opportunity identification and effective employment of the EnviroLogix sales processActively pursue new opportunities by visiting and talking frequently with customersExecute campaign directives for new customers, including new product campaigns and strategic offeringsAccount management activityAchieve quarterly and annual run-rate revenue goals by maintaining existing accounts with exemplary customer serviceExecute campaign directives for existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, product conversions, product upgrades, and price campaignsSustain and report weekly progress toward revenue goalsMonitor, track, and review KPIs such as revenue achievement against target and competitive win/loss performanceExpeditiously pursue sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities through productive and daily use of CRM; organize and record all sales activity in CRM on a timely and sufficient basisMarket developmentCommunicating directly with customers to identify and record systemic trends across and through the customer baseProvide accurate and actionable market information and insights to EnviroLogix's Marketing and Finance functions to enable further development of key marketsAs appropriate and/or at the request of management assist in any special events, tradeshows, projects, or promotions to advance new businessReports To: Sales Leader, North AmericaSkills Required:2+ years' experience in account management/sales positions (preferably in a related industry)BA/BS degree (Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experienceAbility to drive a car and willingness to travel up to 50% of the timeAbility to execute on work priorities while travelingDetermined self-starter; must be able to work effectively and efficiently in an independent roleStrong quantitative and analytical skillsCreative and efficient problem-solverAble to develop and nurture deep relationships, at all organizational levels, to drive revenue growthAbility to synthesize and clearly explain technical informationExcellent attention to detail and able to set high standards for qualityExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)EnviroLogix is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
