Job Description:Territory Manager (North and South Carolina)Huntsman is seeking a Territory Manager (North and South Carolina) supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Arlington Texas. This position will report to the Regional Sales Director.Job ScopeThis role is responsible for driving wall foam sales developing strategic business plans maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring competitive market positioning while operating in a safe and ethical manner.In summary as the Territory Manager you will:Drive wall foam sales to contractors and distributors within the assigned territory to achieve annual sales targets.Develop annual business plans that outline activities needed to exceed quota.Meet regularly with clients to deliver the HBS value proposition and gain specifications.Participate in industry and promotional events.Understand pricing and proposal models thoroughly.Conduct intelligent business conversations and influence business owners and decision makers at the contractor distributor and specifier level.Develop clear business proposals negotiate and execute business deals.Provide regular competitive intelligence updates including pricing and marketing strategies.Perform administrative tasks such as timely email responses expense submissions pricing requests and performance management.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
