Ranpak is looking for a passionate and strategic Territory Sales Manager to ignite growth, build powerful distributor partnerships, and deliver smart, sustainable packaging solutions that customers love.This is your chance to lead with purpose, sell with confidence, and shape the future of packaging innovation.???? What You’ll DoLead the Charge: Spend 60% of your time identifying and capturing new business opportunities with clients and distributors. You’ll be the face of Ranpak in your territory.Empower Distributors: Coach and support distributors with territory planning, account strategies, and contract execution to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.Train & Inspire: Guide new distributors through onboarding and sales training, helping them hit the ground running and close deals with confidence.Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent Ranpak at trade shows, sales exhibits, and industry conferences. You’ll help shape the narrative and drive excitement around our solutions.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitive activity, stay informed on new products and services, and develop creative strategies to win new accounts.Solve & Support: Troubleshoot product issues, answer distributor questions, and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.???? What You Bring5+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in field sales.A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Proven success in territory management, solution selling, and closing high-value deals.Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage audiences from boardrooms to trade show floors.Experience mentoring junior sales staff and collaborating across teams.A sharp eye for tech trends and how they apply to real-world customer needs.Physical ability to lift 50–80 lbs (we’re hands-on when needed).A relentless drive to meet and exceed sales quotas.This isn’t just a sales role—it’s a chance to lead, influence, and grow with a company that’s transforming the packaging industry.
