Job Title: Territory Manager - Sacramento/RenoPosition OverviewThe Territory Manager for Sacramento/Reno will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the government account market presence in this territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical technology industry possess excellent communication skills and be committed to improving healthcare outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics within the territory.Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to stakeholders on medical technology products.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and sales growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.Prepare sales forecasts reports and presentations for management when required.Stay informed about industry developments competitors and regulatory changes that may impact the business.Attend trade shows and represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.Essential QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration or military background.Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Desired ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.Experience with account management and customer relationship management.Familiarity with healthcare settings and understanding of clinical workflows is preferred.
