If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and keeping a fast-paced environment running smoothly, this role gives you the opportunity to own an entire operation and make a measurable impact every day.About the RoleAs the Territory Manager, you will oversee all field logistics, including delivery, pickup, warehouse flow, staffing, and safety. You’ll lead a seasonal workforce, manage inventory and equipment, and ensure guests receive a reliable and seamless experience. This is a high-visibility position with room to grow for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in hands-on leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily delivery and pickup operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional serviceHire, train, and manage a seasonal staff with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team cultureMaintain inventory levels, gear readiness, and a clean, organized warehouseEnsure all company vehicles are safe, compliant, and properly maintainedUse routing and scheduling software to manage workflow and productivityOwn the territory’s operational budget and track performance goalsMaintain all safety protocols and ensure full team complianceTrain staff on policies, procedures, systems, and service expectationsOversee the purchasing of gear, tools, and equipment as neededQualifications & Skills2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or process efficiency, or an equivalent backgroundExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, or field managementStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to learn and manage cloud-based systemsBasic mechanical comfort (hitching trailers, simple gear checks)Strong driving recordWeekend availabilityBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent leadership experienceTools & Systems UsedMicrosoft Office / Google Workspace (G-Suite)Various cloud-based and proprietary applications for warehouse, inventory, and delivery managementCandidates are not expected to have prior experience with our specific systems, but must demonstrate the ability to learn and manage similar platforms VayKlife is an equal opportunity employer.
