Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOutside Sales Manager Duties:- Meet with the customer as per the scheduled appointment and present our service offerings- We will pay $100.00 per lead - If that lead turns into a paint proposal, we will pay $300.00- If we close on that lead and awarded the Job, we will pay 10% of the awarded job. - on average the jobs are $250K so that's $25K Requirements:- Proven experience in outside sales and in-home sales- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers- Excellent negotiation and closing skills- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset- Ability to work independently and remotely- Valid driver's licenseWe offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
