This role focuses heavily on new business development while also managing and expanding an existing book of businesses. The ideal candidate is a competitive, self-motivated salesperson with a strong track record in industrial or commodity product sales.Duties and Responsibilities:Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generationDevelop and expand customer relationships across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and sports surfacingManage and grow existing business Track all sales activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with customersAchieve monthly and annual volume targets aligned to incentive compensationCollaborate with internal teams on logistics and product deliverySkills and Abilities:Strong B2B sales skills with proven success in industrial or commodity salesSelf-starter with excellent hunting, prospecting, and closing capabilitiesHigh degree of initiative and ability to work independentlyProficient in CRM tools and pipeline managementStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to travel up to 50%Education and Experience:5+ years of sales experience with a focus on new business developmentBackground in tire, rubber, or recycling industries is a plus, but not requiredTechnical aptitude to learn product applications and customer solutionsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceEEO Statement: Liberty Tire Recycling is an equal opportunity employer.
