Job Description

Partner and Sell to a dealer network.Interact and grow dealer business through contractors. Service & support your territorys retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor. Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.Ensure Techo-Blocs brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience contractor education and customer service. Outside sales role with some overnight travel required. Qualifications : A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;Positive Can-Do energized attitude;Post Secondary Education; Bachelors degree preferredExperience in building action plans deciphering sales reports and building customer sales strategies;Experience planning supporting and marketing communications sales and events;A road warrior role with a home office- requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the Raleigh Durham Greensboro NC area is a must.Must be able to travel.A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Additional Information : Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training with the industrys most extensive video library for continued self-paced education.
